HMYC AGM and Prize Giving

The annual HMYC AGM and Prize Giving was held at Victoria Country Club. Congratulations to all category prize winners.
Contratulations also go to Richard Soloman, HMYC's newly-elected Commodore. Best wishes to Richard and the rest of the incoming Club Committee.

FROM THE HMYC BRIDGE

Goings on" at HMYC will go into a period of hibernation as members gather themselves for the new sailing season beginning late August/early September. The newly-elected committee members are already preparing for the new season ahead of the official 'handover' meeting to be held soon.

HMYC CLUB ADMINISTRATOR
Our HMYC Club Administrator Heather Marshall, is based at the Club (office in Junior Room) and gives us a much needed presence for new members, members queries, hall hire, etc plus managing the Club financials and secretarial functions, and reporting directly to the Commodore. We are really pleased to have Heather on board. Heather's office hours at HMYC are as follows: * Tuesday's 09h00 - 13h00 * Friday's 09h00 - 13h00 * Saturday or Sunday 09h00 to 13h00 on Race days during the sailing season (per Sailing Calendar) * Saturday 09h00 - 13h00 during off season Thanks to hard work put in by Jenny K and Chantal L, we now have an ADSL line and a phone line at the club 033 3304158.Email contact may be made at hmyc@mweb.co.za.
