A beautiful day with the usual wind over the dam wall. It was good to see the activity at the club with families out enjoying boating in various forms.Unfortunately only four boats “braved” the pleasant conditions with a five knot wind gusting to eight and plenty of holes.
A course with a jetty start -1-2-4-center-6-finish, Georg, Jenny & Andy on the L26 Desiree led the way followed by Hunter Knip( Andy & Steve), Baby Blue( Nigel & Anton) and L20 El Viente Peter & Crew. There was tight racing to No1 but once the spinnakers were up Baby Blue led from Desiree, Knip and El Viente . These positions remained unchanged to the finish.
